Employee Payroll

If you have employees and make out your own payroll for them, enter the amounts you have paid and the deductions you have taken for each employee.

Provide us with the name, address and Social Security number for each employee so we can have it on file. You only need to give us this information once. If you hire new employees then you will need to submit their info too and only once.Enter it in the box below their name.
